How to set up ClickPost on your own shipping account?
Step-by-step setup of the own-account fulfillment model: credentials, pickup details, couriers, webhook, a test order, daily shipping and troubleshooting.

About this guide
SuperLabs builds and maintains the Beauty Barn marketplace platform. This guide is for sellers who hold their own ClickPost account and want to book couriers on it. You do not need any technical knowledge to follow it.
The screenshots come from the real seller panel, filled with invented sample data: a store called “Acme Naturals” and a panel named “Demo Seller Panel”. Your panel’s name and colours may differ from the pictures. Red numbers on each picture match the list under it.
The panel says “the store” when it means your marketplace operator, so this guide does too.
What you need before you start
Set aside about an hour. Most of that is collecting details from ClickPost.
- Your login to the seller panel, as the person who manages your shipping.
- Your own ClickPost account, with a login to its dashboard.
- Your ClickPost API key and username (Step 2 explains where they come from).
- At least one courier account that is active in ClickPost, with that courier’s own contract details already added.
- Your pickup address: contact name, street address, city, state, 6-digit pincode, phone and email.
- Your GSTIN.
- The size and weight of your typical parcel (cm and grams).
- A way to create and store a long password, such as a password manager. You need one for the webhook secret.
- Confirmation from your marketplace operator that they will switch you to own-account shipping (Step 1).
What own-account means
Each seller on the marketplace runs on one of four fulfillment models. On the own-account model you pack the order, you book the courier, and the shipment goes on your ClickPost account. The courier collects from your pickup address, and you deal with your courier contracts yourself.
| Model (as shown in the panel) | Who packs | Who books | Whose account | Collected from |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Store packs and ships | Store | Store | Store’s | Store’s warehouse |
| Seller packs, store ships | You | Store | Store’s | Your address |
| Seller packs and ships — own shipping account | You | You | Yours | Your address |
| Seller packs and ships — store’s shipping account | You | You | Store’s | Your address |
New sellers start on Store packs and ships. Only your marketplace operator can change the model. You cannot change it from the seller panel, and you cannot see it in your settings.
How it all fits together
Setting up (once)
- 1. Operator — Switches you to own-account
- 2. ClickPost — Get key, username, active couriers
- 3–6. Seller panel — Fill in the ClickPost page and save
- 7. ClickPost — Add webhook URL and secret
- 8. Seller panel — Check Shipping, test one order
Shipping an order (every time)
- Order placed — Paid, or cash on delivery
- Courier picked — Automatically or by you. Nothing is booked.
- Confirm shipment — Books on your account. AWB issued.
- Print and pack — Label on the parcel
- Courier collects — Order becomes Fulfilled by itself
- In transit — Tracking updates arrive through the webhook
- Delivered — Order becomes Delivered by itself
Three things worth knowing first
- Picking a courier costs nothing. Only Confirm shipment creates a real shipment that you pay for.
- Status updates depend on the webhook. Without Step 7, orders stay stuck after the courier collects them.
- What the customer pays and what the courier charges are separate. The customer pays the rate on your Shipping page. The courier’s charge is between you and your ClickPost and courier accounts.
Step 1. Ask your marketplace operator to switch you
Do this first. Until it is done, your ClickPost account is not used for your orders, even if you fill everything in.
Ask your marketplace operator
Send your operator this request:
- Please set my fulfillment model to “Seller packs and ships — own shipping account” (Vendors → my store → Shipping → Fulfillment model).
- Please confirm ClickPost is on the platform’s list of allowed shipping providers, and on my enabled providers.
- Is automatic courier assignment switched on for the marketplace? (This changes your daily routine. See Day-to-day shipping.)
- Does my ClickPost page show a webhook URL? If it says “Not available”, please set the API’s public address.
You can do Steps 2 to 7 while you wait. The new model applies to shipments booked from then on.
How to tell whether the switch has happened
Open ClickPost in the left-hand menu. If you see the yellow notice below, you are not on the own-account model yet. If there is no notice, you are.
(1) This notice means your account is not active yet. You can still fill in the page, but nothing is used until the store switches you.
Step 2. Gather your details from ClickPost
This step happens in ClickPost, not the seller panel. We have no access to your ClickPost dashboard, so this page has no screenshots and relies on ClickPost’s public documentation. Menu names may differ on your account.
API key and username
ClickPost’s documentation says both are given to you by the ClickPost team. If you cannot see them in your dashboard, ask your ClickPost account manager. They are usually found under Settings, but we could not confirm the exact screen.
Active courier accounts
A courier appears in the seller panel only if it has an active account in your ClickPost dashboard. ClickPost documents this route for adding one:
- Go to
dashboard.clickpost.ai/settings/courier/integrations. - Search for the courier, select it, and click Create Account.
- Click Add A Carrier Account and type a name. This name becomes your account code.
- Open the new account and click Credential to add the details from your courier contract.
- Follow ClickPost’s guide for that courier to finish onboarding.
Check before you move on
- Each courier you want to use shows as active. ClickPost’s setup guide does not describe the activation step, so ask your account manager if you are unsure.
- If a courier needs your pickup address registered with it, ClickPost’s guide for that courier will say so. We could not confirm this for each courier.
You do not need to write down partner IDs or account codes. The seller panel fetches them for you in Step 6.
Step 3. Enter your credentials
In the seller panel, click ClickPost in the left-hand menu. All of Steps 3 to 6 happen on this one page, under ClickPost config.
(1) ClickPost in the left-hand menu, under Sale. This is where nearly all of the setup happens.
(2) Shipping: customer charges and enabled providers (Step 8).
(3) No yellow notice under this heading means you are on the own-account model.
(1) API key: the key ClickPost gave your account.
(2) Username: your ClickPost username, exactly as ClickPost gave it to you.
(3) Webhook secret: a password you create yourself, at least 32 characters.
Create your webhook secret
Despite the grey whsec_... hint, ClickPost does not issue this value. You create it. It is a shared password that proves tracking updates really come from your ClickPost account.
- Use a password manager to generate a random password of at least 32 characters. Letters and numbers only is the safest choice.
- Save it there. You paste it here now and into ClickPost in Step 7, and the panel will not show it to you again.
- Paste it into Webhook secret.
Must-have fields
The form will not save until these four are filled: API key, Username, Webhook secret and Pickup pincode. You will see a red message under any that are missing, as below.
(1) API key is required.
(2) Username is required.
(3) Webhook secret is required.
Already see a username or couriers you did not enter?
Until you save your own values, this page can show the store’s username, couriers and default parcel. Replace them with your own. Your API key and webhook secret are never pre-filled.
Step 4. Enter your pickup details
This is the address the courier comes to. Further down the same page, fill in the Pickup details section.
Fill in every field, even without a red star
Only the pincode is marked as required, and the form will save with the rest blank. But the panel refuses to pick a courier or book a shipment until all eight fields are complete. It never falls back to the store’s warehouse address.
(1) Pickup pincode: exactly 6 digits.
(2) Pickup name: the name shown on the shipment, such as your warehouse or business name.
(3) Pickup address: the street address the courier comes to.
(4) City.
(5) State.
(6) Phone: 10 to 15 digits. No spaces or dashes. A leading + is fine.
(7) Email: a mailbox someone reads.
(8) TIN / GSTIN: your GST number.
(1) Remove the spaces: 9876543210 or +919876543210.
Step 5. Set your default parcel
Fill in all four boxes with whole numbers. Bookings fail if any is missing, even though there is no red star here either.
(1) Weight in grams, whole number. Used only when a product has no weight of its own.
(2) Length in cm. Sent on every shipment.
(3) Width in cm. Sent on every shipment.
(4) Height in cm. Sent on every shipment.
Choosing good values
- Length, width and height go on every shipment, because ClickPost takes no dimensions per product. Measure the box you use most.
- Weight is a fallback for bookings: the weights on your product variants are used first, and this figure only applies when they are missing. So keep your product weights accurate.
- The automatic courier pick always quotes using this default parcel, so its estimate can differ from the final booking.
Step 6. Save, then choose your couriers
Couriers are fetched using your saved API key, so you save once before choosing them.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Save ClickPost config.
- Look for the green ClickPost config updated message.
- Go to Enabled couriers and click Refresh.
(1) This message confirms the save.
(2) Saved secrets are never shown again. Leave them blank to keep them; type a new value only to replace them.
(1) You will see this before your key is saved, if no courier is active at ClickPost, or if ClickPost refused the key.
(2) Refresh: check ClickPost again after you change something there.
If couriers still do not appear after Refresh, see Troubleshooting. A rejected API key looks the same as an empty account here, with no separate error.
Choose your couriers
- Click the Enabled couriers box and click each courier you want to use.
(1) Each active courier on your ClickPost account appears here. Click one to add it.
- Scroll to Courier mapping. A card appears for each courier with both boxes filled in from your ClickPost account. Check that they look right.
- Click Save ClickPost config again. The mapping is not stored until you do.
(1) ClickPost partner ID: the number ClickPost uses for that courier.
(2) Account code: the name of the courier account on your ClickPost dashboard.
Good to know
- A courier can only be chosen by hand once both of its mapping boxes are filled and saved.
- Two ClickPost accounts for the same courier show as one entry here. To use a specific one, type its account code into the mapping card.
- After saving, your API key and webhook secret show as “Saved — leave blank to keep”. That is normal.
Step 7. Connect the webhook in ClickPost
The webhook is how ClickPost tells the marketplace that a parcel has moved. Without it, orders do not update after the courier collects them.
Copy your webhook URL from the seller panel
(1) Your webhook URL. It is unique to your store. It may be cut off on screen, so never retype it.
(2) Copy button. Use this to copy the full URL.
Add it in ClickPost
In your ClickPost dashboard (based on ClickPost’s public documentation)
New dashboard: in the left-hand menu click Settings, then Notifications, then Webhooks.
Older dashboard: click your company name at the top right, then Setting, then the Notification tab.
- Open the All Status tab (Webhook: All Status on the older dashboard).
- Paste your webhook URL.
- Set the authentication type to X-Api-Key Auth.
- Paste the same webhook secret from Step 3 as the X-Api-Key header value.
- Save.
| Authentication option in ClickPost | Works with the marketplace? |
|---|---|
| X-Api-Key Auth | Yes (recommended) |
| Simple Token Auth | Yes. Use the webhook secret as the token. |
| Custom Webhook Hyphen Key | Yes. Use the webhook secret as the key. |
| Dynamic Token Auth URL Append | No. It does not send your secret in a form the marketplace accepts. |
| No authentication | No. Every update is rejected. |
Use All Status, not Selected Status
The marketplace needs pickup, delivery and return-to-origin updates. All Status covers these without you having to choose them one by one. If you must use Selected Status, include at least picked up, in transit, out for delivery, delivered and every return-to-origin (RTO) status.
The two secrets must match exactly, with no extra spaces. If you change the secret in one place, change it in the other straight away.
The seller panel’s hint says “Settings → Webhooks”. ClickPost’s documentation shows the fuller path above. We found no way to send a test update from the panel, so the test order in the next section is your proof that this works.
Step 8. Check the Shipping page
Click Shipping in the left-hand menu.
(1) Enabled providers: ClickPost must be listed here.
(2) Usable providers: ClickPost should appear with your couriers under it.
(3) Save shipping config, if you changed anything.
- Enabled providers must include Clickpost. If you are missing it and the list does not offer it, ask your marketplace operator to add it. The list only offers providers you already have.
- Usable providers shows ClickPost with the couriers you saved in Step 6. “No methods” means your mapping or API key was not saved.
- Flat rate and Free above are what your customers pay for shipping. They do not change what the courier charges you.
Setup is finished. Now prove it with one real order.
Test with one order
This creates a real shipment
ClickPost’s public documentation does not describe a test mode, so assume Confirm shipment makes a real, chargeable booking. Use a low-value item and an address you can reach. Tell your marketplace operator you are testing.
| # | Do this | You should see |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Place a small order for one of your products. Pay online or use cash on delivery. | The order appears under Orders, with status Confirmed. An order still awaiting online payment cannot be shipped. |
| 2 | Get a courier. If automatic assignment is on, wait a moment and press Refresh. If not, press Assign in the Orders list, or pick one on the order’s Shipping tab. | Ready to ship, and a courier name under Shipment Assigned. |
| 3 | Open the order and press Confirm shipment. | “Shipment booked”. The order shows Confirmed and an AWB. The same AWB appears in your ClickPost dashboard, which proves it used your account. |
| 4 | Press Print label. | A PDF label downloads. |
| 5 | Pack the parcel and hand it to the courier. | Soon after the courier’s pickup scan, the order changes to Fulfilled by itself. This proves the webhook works. |
| 6 | Open the order’s Tracking timeline as the parcel moves. | New entries appear without you doing anything. |
| 7 | Receive the parcel. | The order changes to Delivered by itself. |
If step 5 does not happen, go to Troubleshooting and start with “Courier has collected, but the order still says Confirmed”. Do not press Mark picked up.
Day-to-day shipping
Your marketplace operator decides whether automatic courier assignment is on. Your routine depends on the answer. New Orders in the menu shows paid orders waiting for you, most recent first.
If automatic assignment is on
- A courier is picked after each order is confirmed. ClickPost ranks the options.
- Check Ready to ship orders.
- Press Confirm shipment.
- Print the label, pack, wait for pickup.
If automatic assignment is off
- Orders arrive as Pending with no courier.
- Press Assign in the Orders list, or choose by hand on the order’s Shipping tab.
- Press Confirm shipment.
- Print the label, pack, wait for pickup.
(1) Ready to ship: a courier is picked, waiting for you to confirm.
(2) Confirmed in this column: booked, waiting for the courier to collect.
(3) Assignment failed: press Retry, or open the order to pick by hand. Orders with no courier yet show Assign here.
(4) Tracking: the AWB appears once a shipment is booked.
Confirming a shipment
(1) Ready to ship: a courier is picked but nothing is booked yet.
(2) This badge confirms the order runs on your own shipping account.
(3) Fulfill: an alternative that books and marks fulfilled in one go. Prefer Confirm shipment.
(1) Awaiting confirmation.
(2) The courier picked for this delivery.
(3) Confirm shipment: books the courier on your ClickPost account. This is the step ClickPost and the courier charge for.
On an automatic pick, if the first courier declines, the booking moves to the next one ClickPost ranked, up to three in total, with no action from you.
Choosing a courier by hand
Open the order and click its Shipping tab. Assigning only records your choice. You still return to the Overview tab and press Confirm shipment.
(1) Confirms bookings go on your own account.
(2) Provider: choose Clickpost.
(3) Courier: lists the couriers you mapped in Step 6.
(4) Assign courier: records the choice. Nothing is booked yet.
After booking
(1) Print label: downloads the courier label PDF. Put it on the parcel.
(2) Confirmed: booked, waiting for the courier to collect.
(3) AWB: the waybill number the courier issued.
(4) Do not press Mark picked up on a ClickPost booking. See the warning below.
(5) Copy tracking link and Open tracking: the customer-style tracking page.
Do not press Mark picked up on a ClickPost booking
Once a shipment is booked, the Fulfill button changes to Mark picked up. It opens the same form as Fulfill, and submitting it with ClickPost selected books a second shipment, with a second AWB and a second charge. You never need it: the order changes to Fulfilled on its own when the courier scans the parcel.
Several orders at once
Tick orders in the Orders list and use the bar that appears. One failed booking does not stop the others.
(1) Assign courier: asks ClickPost for a courier on the selected orders still waiting.
(2) Confirm shipment: books every selected order that has a courier waiting.
(3) Print labels: one merged PDF; the batch appears under Shipping Labels.
Shipping labels
Print labels sends you to Shipping Labels, where each batch is kept. Selected orders with no booked shipment are skipped. If a label fails, use Retry in the row’s menu.
(1) Ready: the PDF has finished.
(2) The label file for that batch.
After the courier collects
(1) Fulfilled: the courier has collected the parcel.
(2) Tracking timeline: fills itself from ClickPost updates.
(3) Add tracking update: only needed if an update is missing.
(4) Mark delivered: only if the delivered update never arrives.
What each status means
The order’s Fulfillment Status tells you where things stand.
| Status | Meaning | Your next action |
|---|---|---|
| Pending | No courier chosen yet | Assign a courier |
| Ready to ship | Courier chosen, nothing booked | Confirm shipment |
| Confirmed | Shipment booked, AWB issued, waiting for pickup | Print label, pack, hand over |
| Fulfilled | Courier has the parcel. Your customer is told it has shipped. | None |
| Delivered | Courier reported delivery | None |
| Returned | Parcel is coming back to you (RTO) | Follow it under Returns |
| Cancelled | Order cancelled | Check ClickPost if it was booked |
The badge beside the order number is the whole order’s status, a separate thing even when the word matches.
How courier updates change your order
| Update from ClickPost | What happens in the panel |
|---|---|
| Picked up | Pending → Fulfilled |
| In transit, out for delivery | Added to the timeline. Fills in Fulfilled if the pickup scan was missed. |
| Delivered, partially delivered | Delivered |
| Pickup pending, out for pickup, pickup failed | The order stays as it is |
| Failed delivery, lost, damaged, cancelled by courier | Shown as Failed on the timeline. The order status does not change. Follow up with the courier. |
| Any return-to-origin (RTO) status | Returned, and a return record is created |
Cancellations, failed deliveries and returns
- Cancelling a booked order. Cancel cancels the order for the customer, and the marketplace also asks ClickPost to cancel the shipment. If ClickPost does not accept, the order stays cancelled anyway, so check your ClickPost dashboard.
- Wrong courier booked. The Shipping tab tells you to cancel the shipment first, but the only Cancel button cancels the whole order. Ask your marketplace operator before you press it.
- Changing the delivery address. Possible only before booking, and only if you are the sole seller on the order.
- Customer returns. These are not booked through ClickPost by the marketplace. Under Returns you approve or reject, arrange the pickup yourself, record it, mark it received, then pass or fail quality check. Your marketplace operator handles the refund.
- Shipping without ClickPost. Press Fulfill on an unbooked order and choose Self Handled, then enter your own tracking code and AWB. If you choose ClickPost there, it books a shipment and marks the order Fulfilled straight away, before pickup.
Troubleshooting
Error messages are quoted as they appear. Three dots (…) mark wording that varies by order.
During setup
| What you see | Likely cause | Fix |
|---|---|---|
| Yellow notice: “this ClickPost account is not being used” | You are not on the own-account model yet | Step 1. Ask your marketplace operator. |
| “Shipping is handled by the store”, or no Shipping link in the menu | You are on Store packs and ships | Step 1. Ask your marketplace operator. |
| Webhook URL says “Not available” | The marketplace’s public address is not set | Ask your marketplace operator. You cannot fix this yourself. |
| “Webhook secret must be at least 32 characters” | Secret is too short | Make a longer one. Use the same one in ClickPost. |
| “Must be a 6-digit pincode” | Spaces, or wrong length | Enter exactly 6 digits. |
| “Must be a valid phone number (10–15 digits, optional country code)” | Spaces or dashes | Digits only, with an optional leading +. |
| “Must be a positive whole number” | Decimal, zero or text in a parcel or partner ID box | Enter a whole number above zero. |
| “Both ClickPost partner ID and account code are required together” | One mapping box is empty | Fill both, or remove the courier. |
| “No active couriers found” after Refresh | Wrong API key; key not saved; no active courier at ClickPost; or ClickPost could not be reached. The panel shows the same message for all of these. | Re-enter the key and save. Check a courier is active. Wait and Refresh. Then ask your ClickPost account manager to check the key. |
| A courier is missing from the list | Not active in ClickPost | Activate it there, then Refresh. |
| Clickpost is not offered in Enabled providers | Not allowed by the platform, or removed from your list earlier | Ask your marketplace operator to add it. |
| “No methods” under Clickpost in Usable providers | API key or mapping not saved | Finish Step 6. |
When assigning a courier
| What you see | Likely cause | Fix |
|---|---|---|
| No courier, and no Courier card on the order | Automatic assignment is off, or it skipped this order | Check the History tab (below). Press Assign in the Orders list. |
| “Pin code not serviceable”, or “ClickPost reports this pickup-to-drop lane is not serviceable” | No active courier serves this route | Check both pincodes. Add a courier that serves the area, then Try again, or pick by hand. |
| “ClickPost returned no usable carrier for this lane” | ClickPost had nothing to offer | Check your courier allocation in ClickPost, then Try again. |
| “ClickPost offered 2 carrier(s), none with a usable cp_id and account_code” | Courier accounts in ClickPost are incomplete | Ask your ClickPost account manager. |
| A message beginning “ClickPost:” | ClickPost’s own reason | Follow what it says, then Try again. |
(1) No courier found.
(2) The reason, in ClickPost's words.
(3) Try again: asks ClickPost for a fresh pick.
Find the reason on the History tab
Open the order’s History tab. Find the row SHIPMENT_AUTO_ASSIGN_SKIPPED or SHIPMENT_AUTO_ASSIGN_FAILED and click the eye icon.
(1) "detail" names exactly what is missing.
| Word in the message | What to fix (on the ClickPost page) |
|---|---|
api_key, username | API key, Username |
courier_map | Courier mapping (Step 6) |
pickup_pincode, pickup_name, pickup_address, pickup_city, pickup_state, pickup_phone, pickup_email, pickup_tin | The matching Pickup details box. pickup_tin is TIN / GSTIN. |
default_parcel | Default parcel (Step 5) |
awaiting_payment | Nothing. A courier is picked after the payment comes through. |
feature_disabled | Automatic assignment is off. Assign by hand. |
After fixing your details, press Assign on that order in the Orders list.
When booking
| What you see | Likely cause | Fix |
|---|---|---|
| “ClickPost not configured for vendor … missing …” | A required detail is blank | Use the word list above. |
| “ClickPost rejected the shipment: …” | ClickPost or the courier refused. Often a bad API key or username, or a wrong address. | Read the reason. Check your username, then Try again or choose another courier. |
| “3 carriers declined. Last: …” | All ranked couriers refused, which usually points to a problem with the shipment’s details rather than the couriers | Check phone numbers, address and pincode. Then Try again. |
| “ClickPost upstream timed out…” or “…is unreachable” | Temporary connection trouble | Wait and press Confirm shipment again. Nothing was booked. |
| “Courier “X” is not mapped for this vendor on ClickPost.” | That courier has no saved mapping | Add it in Step 6, or choose a listed courier. |
| “Shipping provider “clickpost” is not enabled for this vendor” | Clickpost is not in your enabled providers | Step 8. |
| “Order is not paid…” | Payment has not completed | Wait. Do not ship. |
| “… is “failed”, not awaiting confirmation”, or “… has no courier assigned” | The page is out of date, or the pick failed | Press Refresh, then assign a courier again. |
After booking
| What you see | Likely cause | Fix |
|---|---|---|
| Courier has collected, but the order still says Confirmed | Webhook not connected, or secrets do not match | Repeat Step 7: check the URL, All Status, the authentication type, and that both secrets match exactly. If unsure, make a new secret and enter it in both places. Then press Open tracking once on the order: if nothing has been recorded yet, the marketplace fetches the record from ClickPost. Do not press Mark picked up. |
| Tracking stopped partway | Webhook was changed or removed; the fetch above only runs when nothing has been recorded | Repeat Step 7. If updates do not resume, use Add tracking update, or ask your marketplace operator. |
| “The label is taking longer than expected.” | Label is still being made | Find it under Shipping Labels shortly. |
| A label batch shows failed | Rendering problem | Use Retry. If it fails again, ask your marketplace operator. |
| A second AWB appeared | Mark picked up or Fulfill was used on a booked order | Cancel the extra shipment in ClickPost, and tell your marketplace operator which AWB is in use. |
Frequently asked questions
Can I switch to own-account myself?
No. Only your marketplace operator can change your fulfillment model.
Does Enabled couriers limit which courier the automatic pick chooses?
No. The automatic pick uses ClickPost’s recommendation across your active ClickPost accounts, and it can choose one you did not tick. To stop a courier being picked, deactivate or remove it from your allocation in ClickPost. Enabled couriers controls the list you choose from by hand.
Who pays the courier?
Shipments are booked on your ClickPost account, so the charges follow your ClickPost and courier contracts. For how shipping fees and cash-on-delivery money are settled with the marketplace, ask your marketplace operator. This guide does not cover payouts.
Can my operator see or change my ClickPost setup?
Your operator can open and correct your ClickPost page, and can process an order on your behalf. Your saved API key and webhook secret appear masked, and the panel does not reveal them.
Can I ship from more than one warehouse?
Not on one seller account. The panel holds one pickup address, used for every shipment.
My ClickPost account also serves another sales channel. Is that a problem?
Possibly. The marketplace ignores updates for shipments it does not recognise and answers with an error, and ClickPost retries when it does not get a success reply. We could not confirm whether ClickPost allows several webhook URLs, so ask your ClickPost account manager before you replace an existing one.
What if I change my API key at ClickPost?
Paste the new one into API key and save. Leave Webhook secret blank to keep the current one.
Getting help
| Contact | For |
|---|---|
| Your marketplace operator (first contact) | Fulfillment model, enabled providers, automatic assignment, webhook URL “Not available”, stuck orders, payouts and refunds |
